He began his career at Bouwinvest in Amsterdam, where he was part of the Dutch transaction team, successfully handling numerous transactions. Following his tenure at Bouwinvest, Dion joined Colliers Belgium, working in the Capital Markets department, where he acquired valuable insights into the Belgian real estate investment market. Dion holds a Master's degree in Global Management from Antwerp Management School and a Master's in Real Estate from the University of Greenwich.
